EC Williams Livestock Ltd., formerly Williams Cattle is, located in Central Alberta, just east of Carstairs. We believe our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is better – better tasting, better for you, better for the grass, and better for the soil. Our cattle are fed using rotational grazing methods. By using these regenerative agriculture practices, we are pursuing our desire to raise happy, healthy cattle on healthy, productive land to provide families with nutritious beef.

Our JourneyEric and Courtney Williams were both raised on farms and have been pursing their passion for farming together since they got married in 2011. They bought the farm that Eric grew up on in 2014 and began to grow their family. In 2018, as they awaited the arrival of their fourth child, they started direct marketing grass finished beef. The meat processor called to let them know that beef was ready for delivery 10 minutes after their son was born! And they have been delivering beef ever since.
